extremely frustrating trying to get a hold of a live person to confirm arrival time. took 3 calls and nearly 40 minutes.

Sorry for taking so long to do this. The 4/20 move from Lakeland back to Orlando went very smoothly, and I was very pleased with the experience. Steve and another guy in the office got everything set up quickly with only a few days' notice, including a last minute change of date. The moving team (I forget their names) also did a great job, worked quickly, and had no issues with packing or setup.
