My team had technical problems and that pulled a mover from working. Also they spent 20 minutes on contract stuff that kept one mover from working. I feel I am owed 40 minutes time for one man.

My moving team was exemplary. They moved out two storage units, and an apartment with 2 flights of stairs. They were cheerful, professional and very hard working. It was a 13 hour day, and they just kept on working. All of the items were handled with care. Would absolutely recommend!

From the damage at my home to the manager not returning calls. Then lady Angela that does the damage report gives you 3 days to report to her but won’t call you back. 7x messages later. Why pay for damage waiver when they don’t take care of the damage?
