Brian
We moved with Quintin and crew on 9/18. Quintin was hard working, personable, and a great communicator from start to finish. We felt very comfortable with him and the team taking care of our belongings and getting them to our new home safely. He even went above and beyond trying to get our murphy bed up to the third floor of our townhome. Great job, would highly recommend!

Excellent scheduling/estimate process with Laura, great help from Hannah in Claims as well. My move crew (Dominic, Gabriel, and Donte) were terrific! Hardworking plus very pleasant and accommodating. Overall, very pleased and impressed with the great customer service I was given!

This is the second time I have used Two Men and a Truck. They are prompt, professional and very careful with items being moved. I am going to have a need for movers in about two weeks and I will be using them again.

My move was on short notice, with little time to prepare and with a long drive after the move. It was stressful. And your team went above and beyond to accommodate my needs and make everything easier. Dominic Dante and Ismael are kind people, hard workers and I really appreciate their efforts. When I need to move my things in the area again I won’t hesitate to book you guys again.

The truck was behind schedule, which happens, but the office was closed so I had no means of getting an update.
The move team was adequate, but far from dialed. Nothing justified the exorbitant price.
Several items were damaged and now I have to spend my valuable time going back and forth to get compensated. Why did I pay a thousand dollars to have my furniture manhandled? Won't be returning.

Garrett, as the Movers Who Care, we're so sorry to hear we fell short of your expectations. It sounds like we're still in the claims process, which we understand is frustrating that we're there. We do hope we can make this better. We wish you the best in your new home!
