This is the second time I have used Two Men and a Truck. It's the best money I have ever spent! They are kind, incredibly priced, they take great care of my things and didn't let me do anything but watch them do the work! It has made two moves incredibly easy. I will always use them in the future!

The men arrived exactly on time, and they completed the moved in less than the time used to establish the quote. So, I ended up paying less for the move than anticipated. The project was complete ahead of time and under budget! And, this was done by to men who were polite and sociable. They were extremely careful with my belongings. What more could you ask for? I will use this company for my next move.

Super easy! Wish I had known that I was on the hook for packing. Definitely woulda skipped that!

The fact that I get this survey before I'm moved tells all. Complete confusion on booking YESTERDAY for move which is now Tuesday and I have to take time off so costs me twice. The computer (you) had me down for move since I received this now but they couldn't find me. Had to go to the office as NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE and message left did not get a call back. Took over an hour to get 7 boxes and I was the only one there. You guys seriously need help. Haven't moved me yet but you get an F. Having to move more on my own than expected that I would have appreciated you doing. Unhappy doesn't cut it here.

Two men and a truck team was punctual and moved the items I asked them to. I thought the online inventory was very helpful. I was to use your templates to validate the number of items I needed to have moved to our home. Very high quality service. I really enjoyed the experience working with the Two men and a Truck team.

Two Men and a Truck rock! The team called to let us know when they would arrive, they were efficient and respectful. The day of the move, the heat was oppressive and they had to contend with one elevator during a busy time of day. The team stayed on task, they were pleasant and patient. I would recommend them to anyone and will call on them for the next move I need to make. Thanks very very much!

The front desk and scheduling desk did not communicate with me. During the intake estimate process, the front desk completely underestimated the job. Did not account for closets or storage estimates for boxes. Other firms take the square footage, plus the number and type of closets and storage and submit a box estimate. The condo building had a elevator and typically 3 movers would be assigned to my type of move. It was under resourced. I had two amazing movers and they really did well. I was not called or informed about when my move time of day was. I had made multiple calls and did not receive an answer/ On the day of the move I called the Sales desk. The sales desk did know my move time. The movers did great. the front desk and communications regarding scheduling needs to improve.
