It is hard to improve on excellence. This is my third move and hopefully the last as at age 82, my next move will probably be to the funeral parlor. Ha ha. Thanks for being there.

The office staff was very poor about returning phone calls. Actually, I don't think they returned any of my calls at all. Consequently, I was left in the dark and unable to update my inventory. Luckily, my mover/driver Tony, called a few days before the scheduled move to confirm and I was able to get most of my questions answered. The movers were awesome.

I would have given your team good to excellent ratings in all areas except for two things that happened during our move. The movers asked to take a quick lunch break between the from and to addresses, and said they would be at the other end in 30 minutes. The other end was only 4 blocks away, so I said OK. My mistake. They didn't show up for almost one and a half hours. Secondly, when I tried to reach someone at your company to help me track down your truck, all I got was voicemail. If you're going to move someone on the weekend, there should be someone in the office that they call if they have trouble. It ended up being a very stressful day for my wife and I. I didn't yell at your guys, even though I felt like it. They're lucky my wife didn't get hold of them.

My movers, Dominic and Ryan were awesome! They were organized, respectful and hard working men. Dominic was very knowledgeable about how things should be done and was a great team leader. Based on my experience, I would definitely use 2 Men and A Truck again.

Day of movers were excellent and I hope to get the same two guys again when we move the items back! Only complaint would be that I submitted a request online and had to call in several days later as I didn't hear from anyone. Didn't receive a confirmation call the days before the appointment either but not sure if that is a thing still? Overall - excellent and would recommend and use again!
