Worst move ever. Completely careless movers, word that if we had done it ourselves. Furniture dropped, only partial coverage of pieces, using dolly on washer and dryer face first with no protection. Just terrible terrible

The crew was very courteous and well mannered- always inquiring if they could do more. One of the crew was injured on the job but proceeded to work through the pain. The crew was very professional in handling our move!

The team that moved me was friendly and energetic and they were efficient and fast.

All boxes were clearly labeled with color coded stickers for the designated rooms to place them in and fragile items were marked with bright red fragile stickers. The movers stacked heavy boxes on top of boxes marked fragile. One of the movers loaded the dolly too high and a box of fragile kitchen items fell off the top and landed on the concrete. Most of our furniture has significant scratches, and the stairs on our old property have significant dents and paint chipped off where furniture was dug into the stairs. Additionally, the movers were overheard intentionally leaving boxes at the old property because they were heavy and did not want to lift it. We had to have a second move team come to get the boxes and items left behind by the movers.

Everyone was fantastic, from start to finish! Alleviated the stress of moving!

So I scheduled to have packing done last minute. I got slammed with another move going overtime so that made my move take longer than expected. The movers were cheerful, nice, and took care of my stuff. It took 4 hours for them to pack. I did not understand their packing system.
