First and foremost the motivation and attitudes of the gentlemen who moved us was immaculate. Their energy was a breath of fresh air in a time of chaos.

Kim in the office is amazing. Working with me and trying to figure things out long distance and on moving day.
The packers/movers were polite and efficient. They could use some training on how to pack a storage unit, though. Still, they worked hard and was thorough.

The moving team arrived on-time and got right to work. They were pleasant and familiar with the assisted living facility. They carefully wrapped everything, loaded on truck and met me at the unload destination. Everything went just as planned.

Guys were very respectful, till the end. They ask my aunt to take items in from the truck. And then was told it was a different price at first then quoted. $30 more. But ended up agreeing after I came with the quote amount from previous corspondence.
