Supervisor & Move Hero
Nyk
Nyk joined the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Charlottesville franchise family as a driver in May 2022. Since then, he has taken it upon himself to learn every aspect of the moving industry, from his daily tasks of driving and moving to operational procedures and training new crew members. He has accomplished a major milestone by completing over 580 moves with a 100% referral rate. His dedication to his job and colleagues earned him a well-deserved promotion to Supervisor last year. When he’s not working or helping around the shop, Nyk spends his time playing video games with friends, learning new skills, and cruising around town on his motorcycle.

Supervisor & Move Hero
Bryan
Bryan, one of our supervisors, has been driving for the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Charlottesville franchise for four years. In addition to his supervisory duties, he also oversees all our driver training. This past year, he earned the title of Safest Driver of the Year in the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK company. With over 600 completed moves and a consistent 100% referral rate, Bryan always demonstrates that we are the MOVERS WHO CARE®. Outside of work, Bryan enjoys fishing and rebuilding trucks.

Move Captain
Jessie
Jessie joined us in December 2022 and quickly became one of our top drivers due to his strong work ethic and willingness to go the extra mile for his customers, ultimately earning a promotion to Level 2 Move Captain. He has previously held the title of “Top Driver” for several consecutive months out of over 100 drivers, achieving a perfect driver safety score of 100% along with a 100% customer referral rating. When Jessie isn’t driving a truck for us, he enjoys playing video games and watching the latest episodes of his favorite anime.

Move Captain
Robert
Having been with the company for less than a year, Robert has quickly become one of our most dependable drivers. In just under six months, he completed all the necessary training and skill sets required for a promotion to Level 2 Move Captain. Robert is always among the first to lend a hand and take on an extra shift, and he never complains. As a testament to his care and dedication to his customers, he has maintained a 100% customer referral rating since July 2024. Outside of work, Robert enjoys playing basketball, going hiking, fishing, and hitting the gym.

Chief Morale Officer
Chief
Meet Chief, our four-legged ball of joy and official Chief Morale Officer here at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Charlottesville! When he's not making the rounds for head pats and hugs, he’s busy boosting team spirit, greeting customers, and occasionally supervising moves (usually with a snack delivery in tow). Chief is powered by Oreos, belly rubs, and pure excitement. He proudly rocks his bandanna uniform each morning, knows when it’s time to “go to work,” and isn’t shy about talking to the crew with a mix of yawns, grunts, and tail wags. Whether he’s snoring like a chainsaw in the office or keeping an eye on the kids next door at the Kung Fu school, Chief’s presence is guaranteed to bring smiles.
