Unfortunately it wasn't my best moving experience. Some of the guys weren't very careful. They dinged up walls and damaged the door frames at both houses trying to force things through. They also dropped boxes off the dolly and put a hole in the side of our couch. One of the guys got exhausted about two thirds of the way through the day, so it was really only two guys working the last few hours.

Jesus trained CJ very well. They did a great job!

My movers were courteous and kind! I enjoyed having them in my home and felt I could trust them.

Always professional and knowledgeable. Have used many times.

Everything was great, except my credit card was charged 3xs… it all worked and was charged the right amount.
I would use you all again.

I am not sure I agree with paying the hourly rate for the travel time from their warehouse to my house. Houston is a big city and if it takes an hour to drive to my house I am paying the huorly rate. If they get stuck in traffic or they is a wreck on the freeway, I could be paying up to $500 for them sitting in the truck which is no fault of mine or theirs. I suggest a different rate for travel.

I am grateful for the moving team who assisted me and my boyfriend with moving the larger furniture into our new apartment. I am grateful for their assistance and their hospitality. They were cool guys who made the moving process very smooth. I couldn’t remember their names, but they were fantastic and would recommend them again!

Worst moving experience I could ask for. I didn't have many items. Took 12 hours to get to me because someone put the wrong type of gas in the 1st truck that was loaded. A 3 hr drive later, they arrived at 9pm. I helped offload some smaller/tedious things since it was so late and they needed to get back on the road. Some bigger items arrived damaged. Office promised me a check that never came.

They were careful with everything, and protected to avoid any possible damage.
