I was very pleased with my entire experience from the initial phone call to the final steps of the move. The movers wrapped the breakable portions of the furniture in pads and shrink wrap. Even big items were carried to protect them from damage before being strapped into the truck. The movers brought materials for special handling of the glass parts, but that care wasn't needed in the actual handling. I will used these people again and will highly recommend them to anyone. From the beginning to the completion, everyone was very courteous and professional. Ryan and his team moved quickly but took care with my belongings.

Austin in the office was really great. The team that came out was really nice and took excellent care of our belongings. They wrapped and blanketed all of the antique furniture and fragile items and carried everything carefully. We had no damage at all. The only thing I could complain about is that I was not aware that the time began when they left their office and ended when they got back. This added nearly an hour to our time. Also, they did not move with any sense of urgency..... not that they were super slow, but they weren't super fast either. We were quoted 3-5 hours for our job - it ended up taking 6 hours - so more expensive. But, I would use them again. They do an excellent job and treat your belongings with great care, like they are their own...
