Meet the Team

Bella is our newest office staff member and is quickly becoming one of our most valued! She is studying Psychology at UT Dallas and hopes to become a sports psychologist once she graduates. In her spare time, she loves to spend time at the beach with friends and family.

Andre is a perfect example of TWO MEN AND A TRUCK®'s mission to Move People Forward. Originally from the New Orleans area, Andre moved to Texas and first joined our team as a Mover in 2012. His hard work and dedication to exceeding customers' expectations earned him a promotion to Driver. He then made the jump "from boxes to briefcases" and was promoted to Operations Manager in 2014. Andre is responsible for Hiring & Retention. He and his wife have two kids. When off duty, he is a freelance barber. His favorite pro teams are the Saints and the Pelicans and his favorite collegiate team is LSU.

Meet Crystal Tezino! Crystal is a born and raised Houstonian. She grew up in the Aldine area which is in North Houston and currently resides in the Spring/Tomball area. Crystal is the proud mother of two little boys. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with family and friends, shopping and home décor. She is a glass half full type and makes the most of each day, especially when music is involved!

David joined the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® team shortly after the Montgomery County office opened in 2006. He started on the front lines and embodies our CORE VALUES. He was promoted to customer service representative in early 2007 and by summer of 2007 was promoted to management. David has held many roles in management and we are confident he will continue to excel in his latest role as General Manager.
David's favorite team is Team Tom Brady followed by the Texans. David and his wife have two children. His favorite past times are fishing and golf when not running around after his kids!

Welcome back Clyde!! With so many years of experience, we are so glad to welcome back this amazing team member. He brings laughter, wisdom, and ease to every move he is on.

Mayson started with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® in 2023 as a mover. After some time, we realized what a great member of the team he was, and he was quickly promoted to a Driver. We are glad he is a part of our team!

Everyone welcome Gerald to our TMT family! Gerald has experience with moving in the past, so it is not a shock that he moved to driving so quickly. He brings that million-dollar smile on every move and follows our core value: Be you best and have fun!

K.Flessas has lived in the Spring area for many years. He has also been a part of the moving/driving crew at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK for 3 years. In his spare time, he enjoys relaxing and playing video games.

Gary is affectionately referred to as Wolverine by his co-workers for his uncanny strength and resilience. He is quiet and unassuming, but he is appreciated by all for his dependability and consistency. In his free time, Gary enjoys spending time with his nephews. He loves to see them light up when he gives them gifts or spends time-sharing some of his favorite toys, games, or memories from when he was a child.

Steve began his career with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® as a mover while in high school. This after school gig helped him earn a little spending cash and get in a great workout. Upon graduating from college he was hired by the corporate headquarters as a Franchise Business Consultant. In 2006 he relocated from Lansing, MI to Spring, TX to open and manage TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Montgomery County. He has been active in the community and has served on the Board of Directors for the local Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and the Lions Club - Woodlands Chapter. Steve's favorite teams include the Detroit Red Wings and the MSU Spartans. His free time is all about family!

James is currently a student at Lonestar College, where he is pursuing his passion for game design. Creative both inside and outside the classroom, he enjoys drawing in Photoshop and expressing his artistic ideas digitally. When he’s not working on game projects or honing his design skills, James can often be found on the basketball court playing center—a role that highlights his teamwork and competitive spirit.

Malachi is one of our younger team members, but you wouldn't know it from speaking with him. He is naturally calm and confident and is a reliable teammate that others enjoy working with. In his free time, Malachi enjoys watching The Ravens and, in particular, Lamar Jackson. He insists that Lamar is better than Mahomes. While he does play some pickup basketball in his time off, he is a self-taught artist, and he really enjoys customizing shoes with an airbrush and paint pens for himself and his close friends.

Jaden's passion is football. He's headed back to Calvin University in Michigan this fall to play for the Knights again and he's already excited to get back on the field. He said he doesn't mind the snow and the cold that much, but his colleagues are skeptical that a Houston native will feel the same way after 3 more winters. When he's not on the field or in the gym Jaden plans to be studying either Sports Management or Construction Management. While he's in the great state of Texas he spends his free time staying fit and ready for his trip back up North.

Elmer has a lot of experience in the moving industry. He knows it well and always shows up ready to move! His colleagues appreciate him for his cool, calm, positive demeanor. In his free time, Elmer really enjoys spending time with his family and especially his Grandson. He fills in the gaps with restoring cars, with his current project being an older model jaguar. "The classics are my favorites" he says. It's no small task, but he enjoys the challenge of getting it running.

Vernon has no shortage of hobbies when he has free time. His wife and kids keep him busy, but when he can find time, he enjoys the challenge of repairing cars. His opinion is that many people are too quick to throw out something that isn't working and that often times, you can fix most anything with a little effort. If he's not fixing cars, he enjoys fishing and crabbing. He's well versed in the best techniques for both and enjoys sharing the best methods.

Eric is a dedicated and valued member of our team, admired for his professionalism and positive spirit. With a background as a college football player—he played nickel at Kilgore Junior College and Texas A&M Commerce—Eric brings the same determination and teamwork from the field into his work every day. Outside the office, he enjoys bass fishing and going to the gym with his brother, pursuits that reflect his energetic and well-rounded approach to life and contribute to his supportive presence in our workplace.

A native Houstonian, Christian brings focus, discipline, and steady energy to everything he does. A former high school track athlete, he gravitated toward the 400 meter dash for the strategy it demanded—balancing patience, pace, and a strong finish. That same mindset carries through today, as he still makes time to run at least one mile daily, finding it both physically grounding and mentally therapeutic.

Outside of work, Christian is a proud girl dad and spends much of his free time creating memories—whether that’s taking his daughter to indoor playgrounds or staying active. His competitive side shows up on the basketball court, where he regularly goes one on one with Terrence. Their games are a mix of friendly rivalry and mutual respect, reflecting the kind of camaraderie and teamwork Christian values most.

David B. is a dedicated member of our team who is driven by his commitment to providing for his family. As a proud father to his young son, he brings focus, responsibility, and determination to every move. He takes pride in his work and is always willing to step up and support his team wherever he’s needed.

David is always open to learning and growing, and he prides himself on being flexible and adaptable in any role he takes on. Outside of work, he enjoys spending quality time with his fiancé and his son and, when he gets the chance, likes to unwind by playing video games. His strong work ethic and positive mindset make him a valued member of the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Montgomery County team.

Krisshun K. is originally from Jackson, Mississippi, and values spending quality time at home with his family. He is an excited expectant father of twins, who are due soon, and brings that same sense of commitment and care into his work. A former collegiate athlete, Krisshun competed in basketball, track, and football, experiences that helped shape his strong work ethic and discipline. He is a devoted sports fan, following the Houston Rockets and cheering for the Green Bay Packers. Known for his serious demeanor, Krisshun is highly regarded for his dependability and dedication.

Lawrence was born in Humble, Texas, and has spent most of his life in the Fort Worth area. Outside of work, he enjoys spending quality time with his girlfriend—whether that’s watching UFC fights or relaxing with a good movie. Lawrence has a strong passion for working on cars and loves the sense of freedom that comes with being on the open road. His hands-on mindset and appreciation for craftsmanship extend into everything he does, both personally and professionally.

Marshawn is a hardworking and service‑driven member of our team who takes pride in helping others and finding purpose in the work he does every day. His faith plays an important role in his life, helping him stay grounded and push through challenges, while guiding his commitment to serving both customers and teammates with care and dedication.

Originally from Chicago, Marshawn is a devoted fan of the Bears, Bulls, and (sometimes) The Blackhawks — though he’ll be the first to pass on deep dish pizza. He’s one of the few Texas transplants who actually misses the snow, having once run a snow‑shoveling business with his younger brothers, where he found fulfillment in teaching them the value of hard work and earning their own money. Outside of work, he also enjoys music and brings that same positive energy into everything he does.

Though not a Houston native, Terrence proudly calls Houston home and brings a perspective shaped by experiences from both Texas and the West Coast. A new girl dad, he enjoys trading notes on fatherhood with Christian, often remarking that they see things the same way—from parenting philosophy to how they approach challenges. He’s also a devoted dog person, with a particular soft spot for French Bulldogs.

Terrence’s competitive edge shows up most clearly in sports and team settings. While he’s been a bit quieter lately about his Philadelphia football allegiance (given recent playoff heartbreak), his loyalty still runs deep—with occasional cheers for the 49ers as a nod to his West Coast ties. On the basketball court, Terrence confidently claims bragging rights over Christian—an assertion that remains hotly contested. Together, their dynamic reflects a team culture built on trust, good-natured competition, and genuine connection.

William was born in Virginia but proudly calls Houston home. A passionate supporter of the Houston Texans and the Astros, William brings that same team spirit and dedication to his professional journey. Currently pursuing a degree in accounting, he has set his sights on earning his CPA certification. Outside of his academic and career pursuits, William enjoys lifting weights and staying active, always striving to push his limits.
