Overall I was satisfied, but no one explained to be what port to port meant, which surprised me when i had to pay $100 more than expected. My sofa also got very dirty and they didnt even told me.

The 2 young gentlemen that moved my mom's furniture were positive, friendly, and had a sense of humor. they made a stressful move much less stressful. the price was great. Service excellent. I will use 2 Men and a Truck again.

Refrigerator was dented. Door handle pulled off in new home, apparently with boxes going through the door - but no one told me... New scratches on a couple of pieces of furniture.

Valerie gave me a quote in writing which I accepted then she said she made an error and it was wrong by a lot more. Then the packers forgot to pack many items on Friday which took time away on Monday they also left their drink bottles and packing trash around our home on Friday.

Excellent service! Customer service was very responsive, very easy to communicate with. Whenever I had a question about something Natalie was very quick to respond. The quoted price and the price we paid was very reasonable. Eric and the other young men who did our move were very polite, professional and efficient. Our stuff made it here at the time quoted and they had everything unloaded in record time. Highly recommended!
