Once again, another smooth and professional experience with the Two Men and a Truck Team. Booking experience was smooth, easy and efficient with all details clearly explained. Movers were on time, communicative, incredibly hard working and fast -- and above all polite and friendly. Follow up with office staff was equally positive. Five stars!

Very professional office staff who explained the entire process to us. Pretty good to talk to and was luckily quite close to our house in Austin. Olivia was really helpful and worked with us to accommodate our last minute request of a late start and also notifying us about the estimated total. I would like to suggest an improvement which may/may not help. Please provide a confirmation email about the reservation/booking so we are aware about the movers coming at a specific time and provide a courtesy call (automated is fine) about the confirmation a day in advance. Two Men and a Truck is a top notch moving service! They were very careful to suit all my needs when moving to a new apartment. They billed just under the time it took to finish the job which was also nice. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone!
