Poorly trained. The workers packed pictures in frames without wrapping them and the frams are nicked. Did not handle antiques correctly and did damage. Not all of my items were delivered . Some very valuable. I will be complying a list in the next few weeks. I will be filing a claim

Appreared one guy was new and struggled with the physical requirements. New address location property was damaged when unloading appliance. Moving team showed customer about damage on wall and denied doing it. Customer, in shock, did not know how to respond to lie (customer was in same room but unpacking other things and saw moving team do the damage) and feared correcting team due to over half of the truck needing to be unloaded still.

First time with movers and it was great.

My overall experience has always been good but I have noticed that movers get tired and tend to slowdown. They become less attentive to detail.

Our job was estimated at three hours which was what we budgeted for. Our two men took double that time and we helped so we could speed it up Way too much time wrapping furniture. It was clear they are paid by the hour and not the job

My move was June 14-17. I have been away from home for two weeks so have not fully unpacked yet, hence the delay in my response. In brief, the movers were very nice and well-mannered but highly inexperienced. Items were placed haphazardly in boxes with many items broken. No furniture was broken but there are several scuff marks and a missing drawer pull. Two mattresses were moved, one bagged, the other not. Hanging clothes were placed loosely in the bottom of wardrobe boxes. Thankfully, the kitchen was packed very well and there were no broken items there. The rep who came out and looked at our belongings estimated 3 trucks, but it actually took 4 trucks which caused a delay. I will be calling to talk to someone once I return home the week of July 9th.

Our move wasn't as concise as I expected but the two "guys" who helped us walked us through and made sure to help us in areas where we were not prepared. They came, saw and conquered, never hesitating for a minute, just getting it done. My husband and I appreciated the team and we would absolutely hire them again!

Daryl, Fred, and Sam were so nice and professional! Having them help me move was awesome and I highly appreciate all three of them.

My movers where exhausted and grumpy at the start of the move. After 4 hours, they finally got my 1-bedroom apartment loaded into the truck. Multiple items including my desk and washer were dropped and damaged. Walls were damaged in my new apartment and floors were severely damaged in my old apartment. After dropping and breaking items on the stairs, pieces were left for me to find on the stairs. Overall- awful experience, and I’ll tell anyone I know not to use this company. Terrible movers at a very expensive price.

The team came out prepared, worked hard the entire time and exceeded our expectations.
