The initial contact was very pleasant, my rep Adam (Stud)
The young helper lack the strength but were very accommodating, energy, nice and respectable. The older gentleman very quite seemed to have lite issue parking truck but that could have been the experience with the young guys and the contract help getting too much involved. As I arrived my helper was trying to help direct them. Very steep drive keep trying to get up but what they didn't realize if they ever got to the top with the length of the vehicle the rear e d would have been that much higher of the ground and that much more unlevel inside the truck.

Other than that I am loyal to Adam's efforts and feel the company tries to do there best for me and my belongings.

I rated offis staff acceptable only because accounting charged me double what was agreed upon and left early in the day and I couldn’t get the problem fixed. Still waiting for my refund and for it to be fixed. The scheduler was fantastic and the Guys were very good as well.

Our move was scheduled for Friday at 9:00 am. The movers showed up at 9:15. They did a walk through and informed us their truck was too small and a second truck would cost us double the price. We tried to contact our rep, but they never returned our calls 5 hours later 2 men from the "team" arrived and assured us all items would fit on one truck. After 9 hours on site, they left with a truck and van loaded with most of our goods. They never showed up on Saturday to unload and failed to communicate on many levels. Unloaded Sunday from 2 trucks / 4 movers.
They left behind an antique vanity and tools. Some items were broken or damaged ( they unpacked and repacked the truck 3 times)!

Positive: They stood by their quoted price. The moving crew was great
Negative: very poor communication!!

Our team was incredible. I’ve never had an easier move. Trust your movers, they’ve got a system. They’re quick, efficient, and kind. Unloading was so fast I could’ve blinked and missed it. The truck was loaded perfectly, every single box and item secure and protected. This company hires good, strong, trustworthy workers. We intend to buy our dream home in a few years, and you can bet your inheritance that we will be using them again. 10/10 would recommend, not a single complaint. Well done!
