At time of booking I was told the movers would arrive between 11-1. I never received a confirmation email or phone call. I called them confirm the day before. After no one had shown up by 1:30 pm on Friday I called to inquire-was told it would be at least 2.Then received a call from the actual mover who said it would be more like 3-3:30.I then called back to the office and spoke to Mia who was quite short with me-said it would probably be 4 because the move before me was taking longer.It seems that should have been determined way earlier in the day that it would take 4-6 hours longer to move that person. She said all managers were in a meeting.I was called back and assured movers would be there ASAP.They arrived at 3:45 after we had moved 1/2 of our things. Charged for 2 hrs.Took them 1.

The move was scheduled from 2:00 to 4:00, but the movers did not show up until 6:00 pm and didn't finish until almost 10:00 pm. We still had some unpacking to do afterwards and then get up for work at 0400, so the delay was a considerable inconvenience. Evidently there had been some kind of scheduling problem. After a few conflicting phone calls from the office team member and the movers, an explanation was provided, and ongoing status updates given. Despite this problem, the movers were quick, worked extremely hard, and maintained a great attitude!!! I've never used movers before and have always done it myself, but after this experience, I will definitely use Two Men and a Truck for any future moves. Extremely impressed with the movers who took care of our things. Thank you!!!
