George was the only "office staff" I spoke with and he did an excellent job from communication to execution! James and Anthony were exceptional. They called to let me know they were on their way and one they arrived we had a brief and polite exchange regarding what items were going to be loaded and they had everything packed in no time.
My concern from the beginning was when to expect delivery, but George confirm that when the loading was done it would be delivered the same day. I really appreciated all the work that went into making this move happen on such short notice! Than you so very much!

Arron, tylor and Brian were very helpful, enthusiastic and quick. They were a great team.

There are numerous marks on my walls, my woodwork around the upstairs doorway was damaged, and one of the slats in my louvered door got broken. Considering the fact that the furniture went upstairs without damaging anything, I felt it should have come down the same way. That is why we hired professional movers. The move also went over the estimated time, and cost way too much for the amount of damage done.

One member of the team was arrogant and thought he was funny. He constantly misplaced boxes clearly marked in three places where they were to be placed. He also turned boxes upside down, many holding glass objects. So far I have found five broken items and have not unpacked all of my boxes. Unfortunately for the rest of the team who were professional in their work, this individual made the moving experience miserable. My husband and I moved materials from the truck to keep him from handling them. Additionally, he threw all of my plants that I had carefully boxed one on top of another, breaking off numerous stems and killing at least one violet that I have nurtured for years. Another concern was with a driver who when leaving our drive on the way to our new home, hit the ditch and tore gras

The team was friendly, efficient and worked hard to complete the job of emptying 2 places and driving over 100 miles and unloading everything. They worked well together and was respectful to my family and respected our furnishings. Would definitely recommend this company to others.

I was pleased with all the service. I was especially impressed by the two gentlemen who did the moving. They were polite, courteous and worked like dogs the entire time. Even though the furniture they moved was worth very little, they treated it like it was nice stuff. I so often hear that young people have a poor work ethic. Well, these two young men don't fit that claim.
