Worst experience ever with a company. I underestimated the number of boxes. However, when when one of the movers is taking a smoke break every 30m or less, I can see why I was charged more. I was told I'd get a refund for 1 hour, have yet to see that and probably won't at this rate. Additionally, carpet damaged at old house and new. Wrap was placed on a shelving unit too tight and broke. And a mirror broke, which one of the movers admitted they broke it.
I believe I spoke with a manager the other day and told him my displeasure with Two Men and Truck, to me he just shrugged it off with no care to the customer.
For the record - I WILL never use you folks again. I WILL never recommend you to my friends. If this is how your run a business, I can't believe you are still in business.

While service was great, price was quite high compared to competition. Went with this company because they were available at a time convenient for me. Had I been able to wait a few more weeks, there was a company priced and approximately half the price.

It was a long and tiring day, but we got through it! The two guys that we had were very friendly, courteous and hard workers! They never stopped! I would highly recommend them to anyone! Good, hardworking guys!

The movers were excellent. Kind, courteous, careful with our stuff and very respectful. I appreciated everything they did and how they approach their job.

The guys moving my belongings were strong, efficient, careful, and courteous. One fellow was mentoring the other. The mentor was very observant and knowledgeably. The younger guy was eager to please his mentor and very responsive to his promptings. I was surprised by how fast they were.

They were so polite and efficient. And you got the feeling they really enjoyed what they were doing and even made me enjoy moving! More importantly, they took such good care of my items. They took the time to wrap up my favorite furniture pieces. I couldn't ask for more from a mover. I'll definitely recommend them and use them again myself.

Our moving team was Donny and Mitch. They were amazing how they worked seamlessly together. They wrapped and protected each piece of furniture and I have not found a single mark or scratch. They even reinforced a box I packed using extra tape! They were so efficient and were professional and kind every step of the way. Eric was the salesman and he was professional and responsive to every question. I would definitely use 2 Men and a Truck again and would recommend them to anyone.

I am very unhappy. The move was estimated to take 7 hours but instead took 11 hrs. I was not given a revised estimate until after I already paid at the end of the day. My items were unharmed but the movers put a hole in the ceiling at my new house, and broke a vent and tracked mud all over my old home. They said that taking two trips would help SAVE them time and asked if that would be ok. Then at the end of the day they said that making two stops caused the move to take LONGER. One of the movers was brand new and his inexperience showed. They had no hustle and appeared to be hourly employees content on making the job last. They spoke poorly of the office staff and had negative attitudes about moving large or heavy items. I feared retribution so did not complain to them. Overall, very bad.

The 3 gentlemen were very courteous and timely. Called ahead to let me know that they would be at my apartment in 15 minutes and they were on time. They were no nonsense on the move and took great care of my furniture.
I would use and recommend 2 men and a truck, again.
