Our experience was fantastic. The crew was extremely helpful and patient as we were a little disorganized upon their arrival at our home. They were friendly and professional and gave us the best experience that we could have hoped for. We can't thank y'all enough!

We loved the movers. They were excellent with handling our items, personalities, work ethic, and also the little things. We just put in hard wood floors and they were so careful. They were so patient and fun with my 6 year old daughter that they made her day. I canandacirc;??t say enough good things about them

Needed three men to move a heavy item, and they were really nice to work with. Very efficient. Would definitely want them again for any move.

Not only was the price reasonable, but my movers were friendly, time efficient, on schedule and took great care of my things, going far above and beyond routine service. The movers were amazing! It was pouring down rain, yet they were professional, pleasant, and worked without any hesitation due to the weather. They finished ahead of scheduled time and for future moves, needs I would highly recommend Hamilton and Julio.
While the office person who scheduled was courteous and explained everything, I updated current address/new address, MY phone # and email versus my husband. The addresses were not corrected, they contacted my husband instead of me who was not the main contact due to his schedule, I did get the quote sent to my email, but in responding back to ask a question about the quote, never heard back from Michael. Had they not called the night before, they would have showed up to an old address! It was avoidable.

We liked having only our goods on the moving truck and the quick delivery. The andquot;two menandquot; worked very hard and quickly during pick-up and off loading. They were very cooperative in placing furniture in the new house, sometimes moving furniture when my wife would change her mind. The crew had a very good attitude and worked diligently to get the job done expeditiously.

Hired the company to move a piano into our house. The piano was being delivered from my Mother-in-Law's house to my daughter's house. The move was set for 5:00 p.m., with a note that an earlier time would be preferred but we needed at least 2 hours advance notice to coordinate the logistics. The movers arrived at 3:00, without any call ahead or advance notification. The piano was not yet moved to the house. When the piano did show up, right at 5:00, the movers were gone and did not leave any contact or follow up information. I had to call the main office and have another truck sent. And we had to wait approximately 45 minutes for this second truck to show up. When I called the office to register my displeasure, no attempt was made to offer any form of compensation for my trouble.
