Unfortunately, my mom hired a different mover for our previous move, even though I had always used two men in the past. What a mistake that turned out to be. It made a stressful experience ten times worse than it needed to be and didnandacirc;??t save us any money. I insisted on using two men this time and had a great experience. The guys worked fast and even helped me think through where to put my couch in an oddly shaped living room. There is no way I would ever agree to using anyone other than two men again, and I wish I could even request the same exact crew for our next move! They were kind, friendly, and treated us very well. They worked hard for my little family.

I thought the guys were very nice but I have to say I was just moving from one town to another andacirc;?? that are close by. I thought it would take a maximum of two hours since I just have a one bedroom. I donandacirc;??t know how but it ended up taking five hours. I just think it that is a little long for a little little moveandacirc;?andbrvbar; But other than that they were very nice, courteous, everything was safe.

Two men - Lonnie and assistant (sorry don't remember name)were friendly, professional, and accommodating, even helping to put a door back on hinges that was removed to take a piece of furniture out. They handled our multiple locations (4 different ones) and furniture moving inside and outside efficiently. The office staff with whom I spoke (Amber and John) were also very friendly and knowledgable, helping to calm our anxiety about what we thought would be a complicated moving job. Everything was well-handled.

Overall we were very satisfied with our move. Very courteous, very conscious of our belongings. Our only advise to any future moves are to use dollies to move boxes. We had many boxes and boxes of the same sizes that would have been more efficient to move by dollies.

The day started off with a crew being am hour late. In fact, I had a reservation and if I had not called, no one would have come. I recce feed no confirmation emails or calls prior to move. The crew damaged an item of furniture so I called to make a claim. I left a voice mail (because no one answered) and I have not received a call back. That was three days ago. Very dissatisfied.

Office personnel while courteous and knowledgeable, failed to notify me that my primary contact was no longer with the company until the day before the move. Regardless the move was well executed, the drivers were excellent at both locations, my sister at the pickup location said they were efficient, courteous and prompt. And at the final delivery, my home, the drivers provided excellent courteous service. They maintained a andquot;can doandquot; attitude and worked until we were pleased. I would highly recommend your services to family, friends and my business.

The 3 gentleman who moved the piano were terrific. Polite, considerate and careful and strong. The 2 other gentleman who delivered furniture were also very good (I wasnandacirc;??t here but my husband said they were considerate w/theirwork alsoz
