Was quoted for 5-6 hours of service. Truck battery died mid way through loading at the storage facility. Had to wait on someone to bring a battery pack from home office. Aside from this slow down, the movers worked with no sense of urgency. The truck took over 3 hours to load from 2 mid sized, drive up storage units. Once at the destination many of the boxes and furniture were not moved to the appropriate rooms to save the movers time in trying to get to their next job and to save us money because the job ran so far over. The movers also appeared to be inexperienced they way they were handling the larger pieces of furniture. Will not recommend or use again.

Overall my move was excellent, no dings or dents. The only reason I scored you low was because when I went to start my laundry washer the water started rushing out from inside the machine. The other was my dryer now has a clinging noise from within. I'll now need to take them apart to find out what is wrong and repair them. Not sure if this is something I needed to secure as part of my packing or did your guys damage. No problems, I should be able to fix them.

I had a difficult move. My contract for a condo fell through and I had to find an apartment within a week of the move. My initial scheduled move had to be rescheduled. I had way too many material possessions for the destination apartment. Chris was very helpful and flexible with scheduling and rescheduling. Fortunately three crew members were sent. The weather was awful, raining throughout the entire moving process. The crew members were friendly, supportive, professional, courteous, efficient, and patient. We needed to go to the apartment garage twice because I had too much stuff. The crew did their best to protect my possessions from rain and also the carpets of both places. I really appreciated the kindness and hard working attitude of the team.

The 2 young men who moved our household were very polite, smiled a lot, listened to our needs, I wanted to add a bed skirt to the box springs before they put the mattress on the bed, they actually helped me even out the bed skirt and lifted the mattress over the bed so it did not disturb the bed skirt. They used yes ma'am a lot and had nice things to say about your company and that was important to me. I hope these young men are recognized for their professionalism and pleasant

The guys who moved me were absolutely great. They took control of the move and gave me peace of mind about getting my stuff in and out of the building. They were very careful of everything. I couldn't be more pleased, and have already recommended them to my nephew.

I had a great experience with Two Men and a Truck. They took great care of my furniture and moved me into my apartment in a timely manner. They stuck to the estimate I was given and were all very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a moving company!
