Justin joined the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® system in June 2008, beginning as a driver before advancing to the role of General Manager. With substantial experience under his belt, he ventured into entrepreneurship, acquiring his first franchise in 2013. Justin is deeply dedicated to empowering employees to reach their fullest potential and fostering career opportunities through the growth of the company. Happily married to his high school sweetheart, Jill, they are proud parents of two wonderful children. Outside of work, Justin spends his free time outdoors, engaging in activities like cycling, running, triathlons, fishing, and, most notably, pursuing his intense passion for duck hunting alongside family and friends.

Steve became part of the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® family in December 2014 when he and his two brothers purchased the San Antonio franchises. While he no longer spends much time on the trucks, he remains actively involved in the business, focusing on supporting his team and helping each member grow. Outside of work, you can find Steve cheering on his beloved Iowa Hawkeyes and spending quality time with his family.

Nine years ago, Shannon started her career off at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK as the Risk and Safety Specialist. She progressed through hard work and dedication within the company and earned the position of Chief Operating Office of Two Men and a Truck within the Elevated Opportunity Group. With a passion for developing individuals and looking for key talent, Shannon has become known for her commitment to fostering an amazing culture. Not only has she contributed to the overall success and expansion of the TMT Elevated Opportunity Group, she has empowered and led her team to personal development.

Outside of her professional duties, you can find her spending time outdoors, at country concerts, or on a fishing expedition. Shannon is a devoted family person and cherishes spending time with her loved ones, especially when visiting family back in Michigan.

Wyatt started working for TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® in the spring of 2016. Originally starting off as a mover on the truck for both our Santa Fe and Albuquerque locations, he became a driver and started completing interstate moves 6 months into his career. Due to his persistence, hard work and dedication, Wyatt was later promoted to Team Lead and now currently holds the Operations Manager position. Wyatt likes that TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® has a family atmosphere with our movers and drivers. In his free time, you can find him: golfing, fishing, and playing video games

Christian began his journey TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® back in February 2018. He originally started on the trucks as a mover/driver before being promoted to Team Lead for our Santa Fe location. After a few years of working on the Team Lead/Operations side, he decided to make a change and become a Relocation Specialist for us! Christian enjoys working closely with customers and getting them ready for moving day. During his free time, you can find him tinkering with computers, riding motorcycles, or looking at cars.

Christie joined TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® in May 2001, focusing on Human Resources and Risk Management. She's passionate about creating a secure and enjoyable work environment and finds fulfillment in guiding career growth within the company. Outside of work, she enjoys cake decorating, sports, and spending time with family and friends!

Marrissia joined the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK team in February 2022. Originally from Texas, she relocated to Omaha when her husband was stationed at Offutt. During her role here, her goal is to make a meaningful difference in people's lives while experiencing new things each day. During her free time, you'll frequently find her at the local jump park, having fun with her four boys, and exploring new dining spots in the area.

Dan joined the Elevated team in October of 2021 as Chief Financial Officer. He moved from the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® corporate office where he spent several years as an Accounting Support Specialist. With over 16 years of Accounting experience, Dan leads the Accounting team keeping track of 15 companies including 7 TWO MEN AND A TRUCK locations and 2 TWO MEN AND A JUNK TRUCK® locations. In his free time, Dan loves spending time with his 7 children and 5 grandchildren. In the summer, you can often find him in his vegetable garden because he likes to see both people and plants blossom and grow.

Matt joined TWO MEN AND A TRUCK team in August 2017, initially as a mover and later became a Team Lead. Transitioning to the bookkeeping department in July 2018, he assumed leadership of the Accounting team in 2020. Matt's passion for numbers and dedication to customer service are evident in his work. During his free time, he enjoys working out at the gym and building computers. He values the opportunities provided by TWO MEN AND A TRUCK and looks forward to helping others progress.
