Of course the job was bigger than I had imagined, as my husband didn’t move his stuff himself as he had planned to do. But the two men took it all in stride, they did a great job, and got it all done in the time allotted! They were very patient as I had them shift about things while I changed my mind on where those things should go. They even tolerated my crazy barking dog!

Booked a move a month ahead with a 12–2 p.m. window. No one showed. After repeated calls, I was finally told around 1 p.m. that they were short-staffed and couldn’t do the move. No alternative or apology was offered, and the caller hung up after accusing me of yelling. Albuquerque calls went unanswered. I had to move myself. Unprofessional. Lacking communication. Unreliable. Abysmal treatment.

We have used 2 Men and a Truck in the past to move furniture from one model home to another. The guys were efficient, friendly, courteous, and took care of not to damage the furniture or newly painted walls. I will highly recommend.

The crew was great; friendly and respectful. My only issue was the time involved; there was too much for 2 guys, even though I had described the load involved prior to their arrival. They needed help and it was first day on job for one of them so there was about 1-2 hrs that shouldn't have been necessary. (Some fraternizing with other crew etc for example).
