Alex has really let his stellar work ethic shine through his actions every day. He takes on new challenges without complaint, shows readiness in responding to shifting priorities, and has very clearly been the glue keeping the Manchester operation together. On top of it all, he is friendly with customers, thorough when interviewing new candidates, and goes above and beyond with communication.

Meet Alex, our newest Team Lead! Alex has been with us for nearly a year and brings a strong work ethic built from years of hands-on experience. He’s been working hard since the age of 14. He enjoys the variety that working out on the trucks brings to each day and thrives in a physically demanding environment.

Alex is currently training to become an Operations Manager, with a strong focus on keeping his team safe on the trucks every day and ensuring they're able to provide for their families. We’re excited to see him grow into this next chapter of leadership.

As if that isn't enough, Alex is also our Employee of the Month. His customer service scores are quite impressive, and our customers love him.

Mike O'Sulllivan has been with the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK franchise system for a good number of years and has continued to excel. Most recently he became our East Coast Regional Manager, overseeing four franchise locations. Mike has a great attitude, is customer focused, and a sharp sense of humor. He enjoys spending time with his wife and 3 kids in his free time.

Haley Murphy joined our team just a year ago this month and has already been promoted from CSR to Virtual In-Home Consultant. Her communication, consistency, and knowledge of the moving industry have served her well as she has moved up within our organization. When not at work, Haley enjoys reading, writing, time outside, and with family and friends. She enjoys the family atmosphere at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK.

Charlene handles all things brand awareness, social media, reviews, charity, public relations, and party planning. She has been with the company for almost 10 years. What does she enjoy most about her position? The relationships she has built over the years, as well as her ever-changing schedule.

Alan has been with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK since the early 2000s when he started as a General Manager for the Ann Arbor Franchise. A few years later, he bought that location and has continued to build from there, expanding to over four stores in Michigan and four on the East Coast. Alan enjoys the day-to-day operations as well as the people. In his downtime, he enjoys being on the boat with his family at the lake.
