Truck did not have enough space but they were quick to send another truck and get us taken care of.

Most of the boxes did not get marked as to which room they were packed from. Barbie toys were not packed in boxes so during unloading Barbie bits were everywhere. Some of the movers didn’t take as much care with our freshly dry wall/paint and were carrying things too big or heavy for them resulting in wall and floor scratches.

They arrived late due to job running over. It was Friday night and hot. I thought the guys were going to be tired and slow. They were awesome. I was annoyed when they arrived. But they did such a good job. Could not stay mad.

This was the first time we had moved in 44 years, so we were somewhat nervous about what to expect. However, communication was great with the office (they readjusted our estimate and were willing to give advice). The packers (Travis, Brian, Sharif, and Josh) were also great communicators; they very willing to explain the process as well as ask questions about items they needed to move. The crew that traveled to Champaign was equally great. (Travis, Brian, Frank and Jay) They were very willing to place boxes and furniture in rooms where we wanted. Not one item was broken! (I was the only one to break a china cup.) If I needed to move again, I would request to have these 2 crews to help us. A special thanks to Travis and Brian -- they were with us through the whole move!

Office staff and moving team were courteous, professional, responsive and efficient. Move went smoothly and timely.

Two Men and a Truck was the best option for us during our move. I had called around to different movers for quotes and Two Men and a Truck offered the best customer service along with the best price! Can't beat those two things. I was also highly impressed with our movers. They called me earlier than expected since they said they finished their last job early and during the whole move they were very kind and professional. I only planned on them taking the heavy furniture, but they offered to help with the really heavy boxes I would have trouble with. I definitely felt that they were there not only to help me move my items, but to provide professional and efficient service. Highly recommend Two Men and a Truck!

Tyler & Dorsey were outstanding! Large furniture moved into small apt with lots of tight turns, they did it with great communication and no wall damage. They went above and beyond to set up mirror with dresser, great customer service! Have used before, never disappointed! Thank you Tyler & Dorsey!

You haven't left me enough space to tell you just now fantastic your crew was. First, when I called in Cindy was amazing on the phone. She helped me through everything and when I called back Olivia was just as helpful. They had the estimate and the schedule out within minutes. Customer service by the ladies in the office, and by the men in the trucks was second to none. They remained in contact, checking in often to let me know ETA and to see how things were going. When the men arrived on the site to begin loading, they were so professional, and went above and beyond. I was stressed, and they took over and managed the move, and my stress! It was a tough move, and challenged them often, and they were magnificent in every way possible! Cory, Devon, Wes and Yonas are outstanding!!!!!!

Movers where very professional and courteous. It was a very hot and humid day but they worked hard and finished our move in a timely manner. We will definitely have Two Men and a Truck move us again when our new home is finished. Thank You!

John and his team did a great job! Very efficient and well organized. They also did an awesome job communicating every step of the way. I was very impressed with the job they did.
