Tristin became a part of TWO MEN AND A TRUCK in March 2022, seeking a fresh, thrilling, and distinctive experience. Originally hailing from a small Iowa town, he relocated to Omaha, NE in 2016 to embark on a new chapter. Having undergone frequent moves in the past, Tristin is well-acquainted with the challenges of coordinating and executing moves, which motivates him to alleviate the stress and difficulties associated with this crucial step for others. During his leisure time, he enjoys watching sports (especially cheering for the Vikings and Boomer Sooner), playing video games, or simply spending quality time with family. Tristin is genuinely enthusiastic about this opportunity to assist others and forge connections with a diverse range of people.

Meet Tyler, a seasoned professional within the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK family. Tyler started his career in the spring of 2010 at the Cedar Rapids, IA franchise as a driver himself. What started off as an entry-level position, quickly propelled towards success and he steadily rose to become the General Manager for that location. Tyler had an opportunity to gain an immense amount of insight into the company's operations which enabled him to develop an understanding of the business and laid the foundation for his future accomplishments. In the pursuit of growth, he made the move to Tulsa, OK in 2014 where he became the General Manager for a much larger franchise to enhance his leadership and knowledge skills.

Later, Tyler relocated to Omaha, NE in the spring of 2015 where he embarked on a new chapter to become a Franchisee for the very first time. Through hard work, dedication, and commitment to excellence Tyler has flourished in his role and proudly serves as a partner overseeing 12 franchises within the Elevated Opportunity Group of TMT.
Outside of work, Tyler cherishes time with his family, his two sons Toby and Greyson Whalen, a stepdaughter, Addison and his fiancée Chelsey. They enjoy attending their kids' sports events, wakeboarding, fishing, and exploring vacation destinations.

Justin has been an integral part of the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® system since June 2008, marking the beginning of his remarkable career journey. Starting as a driver, he swiftly rose through the ranks to assume the position of General Manager. With each role, he accumulated invaluable experience and knowledge, paving the way for his significant achievement in 2013 when he acquired his first franchise.

One of Justin's driving passions is helping employees unlock their full potential and fostering career opportunities as the company continues to grow.

In his personal life, Justin shares his life with his high school sweetheart, Jill, and together, they are blessed with two wonderful children. He enjoys activities such as: cycling, running, participating in triathlons, fishing, and has an extreme passion for duck hunting.

Steve joined the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® team in December 2014 when he and his two brothers acquired a few location franchises. Steve is actively involved in the location and focused on supporting his team and driving their success overall. When Steve is not at work, you can find him cheering on the Iowa Hawkeyes and spending time with his family.

Nine years ago, Shannon embarked on her career journey at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK, where she quickly distinguished herself as a standout Risk and Safety Specialist. Through her dedication and hard work, Shannon progressed within the company and earned her position as Chief Operating Office of TMT Elevated Opportunity Group.

With a remarkable talent for spotting potential and a genuine passion for nurturing individuals into effective leaders, Shannon has earned a reputation for her exceptional ability to identify and cultivate key players within her team. Her dedication to fostering a culture of growth and empowerment has not only led to the personal development of individuals but has played a pivotal role in the overall success and expansion of the TMT Elevated Opportunity Group.

Beyond her professional achievements, Shannon is a devoted family person who values spending quality time with her loved ones, especially when traveling back to Michigan to visit family. You can also find Shannon, attending country music concerts, going on fishing expeditions, and engaging in various outdoor activities

Cody began his journey with the team in November of 2016, starting as a mover and steadily advancing to the role of Driver/Team Leader. His dedication and hard work led him to further opportunities within TWO MEN AND A TRUCK®, where he eventually assumed the role of Operations Manager. A few years later, Cody was appointed as the General Manager of the Omaha & Lincoln franchises, marking a significant milestone in his career. He takes great pride in witnessing the TMT brand's evolution and his colleagues' growth. Outside of work, Cody enjoys passionately supporting the Kansas City Chiefs and the Minnesota Vikings during football season and attending demolition derbies in the summer.

Marrissia joined the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK team in February of 2022! As a Texas native, she relocated to Omaha when her husband got stationed at Offutt. In this position, she aspires to make a positive impact on individual's lives while learning something new each day. In her free time, you can find her spending time with her 4 boys at the jump park and trying new local restaurants.

Dan assumed the role of Chief Financial Officer at Elevated in October 2021, transitioning from his position as an accounting support specialist at the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK corporate office. With a robust background spanning over 16 years in accounting, he now leads the financial endeavors of 15 companies, encompassing 7 TMAT locations and 2 TWO MEN AND A JUNK TRUCK® locations. Beyond his professional pursuits, Dan cherishes moments spent with his large family, comprising 7 children and 5 grandchildren. As summer approaches, you'll often find him nurturing his vegetable garden, reveling in the growth and blossoming of both plants and loved ones alike.

Duane is our Customer Service Representative for our Omaha and Lincoln franchises. Being from Omaha, he has over 25+ years of sales/finance expertise in the area. Having that background, he strives to help customers navigate the moving stress and turn it into a positive experience.
During his free time, he focuses on fitness and participates in mountain biking and lifting weights. You can also catch him relaxing on his fishing adventures!

Cathi joined our team back in April 2016 and has been excelling ever since. Cathi's goal is to exceed our customer's expectations as she helps them during their moving process. During her free time, she loves spending time with family and friends, camping at the river, and watching her grandkids' sporting events,

Matt Hubbard has been part of the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® team since August 2017. He began as a mover, working his way up to a team lead role. In July 2018, he transitioned from the operations team to the bookkeeping department. By 2020, Matt was promoted to lead the Accounting team. Known for his passion for numbers and commitment to customer service, Matt brings a high level of dedication to his work. In his free time, he enjoys going to the gym and building computers. He’s grateful for the opportunities TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® has provided and is excited to continue helping people move forward.

David brings over nine years of experience with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK®, having progressed from In-Home Consultant to Director of Operations. He now 14 locations nationwide. Outside of work, David enjoys quality time with his two daughters. Their activities include coloring, painting, or playing outdoors.
