The moving team did an OUTSTANDING job!!! Shout out to Bradley, Doug, & Aden for their professionalism. We will request them again if we need to hire Two Men and a Truck! Also, the office personnel was extremely helpful in helping us with every aspect of the move…right down to the quote! The prices were very affordable! Brenda

I called for a wk before the move no one contacted me back. reached someone abt 2 hr before arrival. Advised someone had broke into home & I wasnt able to clean place since it was sitting for a couple yrs they packed loaded truck with about half house then moved furniture back in Suprv had came & saw house. So not exactly happy being left high & dry after explaining to them & they saw place before

Unfortunately from time to time we do have to decline a move if the conditions are unsafe or unsanitary for our staff members. We apologize for the inconvenience on your end but do hope you understand the extreme conditions were not safe for the moving crew.

The moving team was absolutely amazing and top-notch. They were friendly fast efficient and did exactly what I needed them to do. This is the second time we are using them because of how great they are with moving our belongings. I only gave office staff three stars because every time I call I have to leave a message and I’m not sure if that’s due to Covid having issues with staffing
Response
We appreciate your continued business. I apologize you had to leave messages and have your call returned, we are in peak busy season and a lot of times all of our CSR's are on the phones with customers. Thank you for the feedback!

We moved into a new construction home. One of your trucks has an oil leak and ruined our new driveway. Also, I had budgeted for a 5 hour move on your request and it lasted 8 hours. Lastly, why wasn’t I offered a flat rate price instead of an hourly one?
