I almost booked with another company, particularly after some email exchanges from Aaron in the office. When I was clarifying the price of the estimate some his replies seemed unnecessarily short and a bit unprofessional (i.e. "We wish you the best of luck." and "We had a sofa hide a bed listed. Is it now a normal sofa?") without even saying "hello" or acknowledging that there may have been a miscommunication with the estimate. This was wildly different from the exchanges I was having with other companies at the time who were thoughtful, generous with their cost explanations, and helpful. I ultimately chose Two Men since the estimates were comparable and I've used your company before, but wanted to flag that communication could have been improved and may be a reason new customers go with another company in the area. The onsite moving team in Winston was excellent, however. They were communicative when running late, kind and attentive, and did a great job loading everything quickly and carefully.

Moving day was smooth and easy thanks to these two gentlemen. Thank you for your good care and manners.

Team was great! Starting with Dylan on the phones helping me schedule to the movers. Everyone was polite and treated our possessions well. I will use you for future moves and recommend you to anyone I know that is moving.

The moving team did a great job. They worked very hard and treated our things like there own. They took care with moving out of the old home and moving into the new one.

The guys who came out this past Saturday were excellent and pleasurable to work with. They are courteous, patient and understanding. This was a "divorce move" so the situation had some tense moments which they handled with style. They actually helped to diffuse some of the tensions with their lighthearted conversation and redirection. Especially enjoyed chatting with Ty.

The whole process from beginning to end was very good. The packers and movers were very attentive and they got us packed up and moved with no issues. I would use them again in the future.

I've had a great experience with every aspect of this storage and move. The office team and the moving teams have all been great to work with. I would definitely recommend Two Men and a Truck to any family and friends making a move.

We have been using Two Men many years on a consistent basis to receive our products from our vendors and then deliver to our clients for their projects. They have been extremely helpful and conscientious in what they do to help our business. I would recommend them with 5 stars. Although their delivery personnel changes frequently, the management individuals make sure that we have great service!

had a tiny move very few boxes less than 50 only 2 small pieces of furniture I was given a quote of $315 to $527 originally I postponed a few days and he gave me the Quote up $750 I told him I didn't want to pay more than $650 they only worked for an hour and 15 minutes including the drive I was overcharged by a $150 because I was charged $620 with the $200 deposit I would like a refund
