Movers couldn't wipe feet on scrap rugs I provided. Had to have carpet and hard floors cleaned after they left. Marked one couch with grease streak which a manager attempted to clean. Was partially successful. Fabric cleaning company was to call for follow up, never did. Crew broke a light cover. Manager was to replace, has yet to. Been almost two weeks. I have given up that they will do it. Probably best not to contact me again. I think they may have called while I was working to try and resolve, but didn't leave a voicemail, so I am not sure. Will not recommend them to anyone.

The movers were excellent. Courteous, professional, and finished the job ahead of schedule.

I was very happy with my move, Mr. Haley and Mr. I believe his name was Davante, were very professional, courteous, took great care to pad and wrap fragile glass items and my WHITE leather chair, which by the way arrived in andquot;pristineandquot; condition, did not have to wipe it down or clean it.
This move was my 4th move with Two Men and a Truck and I have been very satisfied with each move. Kathi

I have always used 2 men and a truck since 2001. The guys were a little slower than I expected and the rate per hour compared to what was being moved per hour did not match.

The service was fast and involved great staff with great attitudes.

One of our items has several (4) dings. It was a brand new desk and was never used.

I had many positive referrals before hiring Two Men and a Truck and was familiar with the company through attending Women Leadership forums honoring the owners as well as seeing the trucks. The move went very smoothly and quicker than anticipated. One minor damage to a door that I was offered reimbursement for. All in all, a very positive experience.

When we booked the movers we told the office what we had to move. On day of move I was told that they only booked 4 hours to move and that they might not be able to get it all done. I personally had to help move all the boxes in and out of the truck to get it all done in time. 5 hours later we were able to get it done. Someone from the office came but did not offer any help. The reason we wanted a moving company is because we did not want to move all the boxes specially because I have a bad back. So after busting my back trying to get it all done I was still charged over $700 for the move. the part that got me was the $125 charge for driving 5 blocks down the road. That comes to over $300 an hour. The guys were nice but am disappointed with the overall experience and the outcome.
