Polite, respectful. Worked efficently. Would be glad to work with them again.

I received misleading information at the beginning of the scheduling process. During the move, I had an item damaged. Since reporting the damage to your Troy office, I have been unable to speak to anyone who handles damage claims. Every time I call, I am given the run-around. Poor customer service all around and a lack of follow-through.

Service is exceptional and stress-free from beginning to end. Second year in a row that we've hired these services for our event and I have zero complaints. They are responsive and easy to work with and I appreciate them all - office staff to the moving crew.

First of all, Tina at the Southfield office (I believe) is so courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. It was a great pleasure doing business through her!! Unfortunately one of the moving crew injured himself about 30minutes in. They couldn’t find a replacement until the very end of the move from site, but Dimitri just kept going and was so cordial, never a complaint. Would hire again for sure!

Brandon and Lorenzo are top notch! Called to confirm, showed up on time and moved our items with care and quickly. Great service from end to end. Very friendly and professional.

Both movers were excellent and completed my move in a short amount of time. They were on time, professional, and efficient. I would highly recommend this location to anybody looking to move.

The Two Men and a Truck team made our move easy. From the office staff to the crew of movers, everyone was professional and hard working. Thank you for making the move day smooth!

The two guys who came for my move were excellent. Very polite and helpful. They moved everything professionally and were very pleasant. Overall a really great experience!!!

We had a great experience. Brandon and the team (Ken, Lorenzo, Mike and Ryan) did a great job packing and making sure our belongings moved safely to our temporary digs during a renovation of our current home.

Great work from the team both packing and moving. Brandon, Lorenzo, Ken, Ryan and Michael are pros and we’d love to see them back when we move again.
