I had 2 movers, one was nice, personable and worked diligently, the other complained the entire time, had to take so many breaks it probably cost me an hour, and was rude. I'm not sure why he had such a negative attitude, but I did hear him mention several times how bad his job sucked. I had to google how to disassemble one of the beds because they couldn't figure it out. When checking out he explained to me that if I put a tip on my credit card, they would barely receiving any of it and made me uncomfortable until I agreed to give them cash. The next day I used another company to deliver my new furniture and the difference was unbelievable in both service and attitude. It cost more, but was well worth the experience.

Kim (office staff) was slow on the phone but very polite. The guys that moved us were very professional.

They did a wonderful job. They had very small areas to work in and they did a excellent job getting everything out.

I have a change jar with over $300 in it that is missing! It went missing at the starting house in Madison heights. We left there to go to new house. After they left,my wife and i went to old house to clean up,i went up to grab my jar and it was gone. Was sitting on the floor next to bed. I dont want to believe it but it is gone. Nobody else was in the house. I am not very happy.

Was a very pleasant move. I am sincerely grateful for your help. The gentlemen were very kind and moved faster than estimated and I ended up paying less than the estimate.

Wouldn’t put everything we needed in the truck so we had to take a lot of stuff in our cars - movers seemed disinterested and tired

Office staff excellent , Follow up calls excellent. Movers were good.
Movers Need to bring more water. One driver said he was vomiting because he was dehydrated. I was serving apple juice & water. However other moving teams do have beverages as part of their job.

We used your company 3 months ago when moving from the Chicago Suburbs to Berkley, MI. The move was flawless. Naturally when we purchased our home and moved from our rental we chose you guys again. The moving team we had was respectful and courteous, but one of the movers was slow. There is no nice way to put it other than slow. The truck was packed horribly causing all of our items not to fit. On our previous move much more fit in the truck as we had taken a large amount of stuff to our home prior to this move. We had to return and take 3 pick up truck loads and 2 van loads ourselves after the movers were done. I had to request that they move items to the main floor that they left behind. Considering we paid over $1k for this move I was hugely disappointed In the effort of this team.

I couldn't have been happier with the whole experience. All three men were wonderful. The whole process was so easy and efficient.
