Darren and Matt were great. They worked hard and quickly. I was very impressed.

Very nice guys but they were a bit unprepared for a very muddy day - no drop cloths or booties and didn’t have appropriate tools to disassemble a platform bed that I had mentioned when booking the appointment. This was a move into a container on my driveway for my floors to get refinished and I’m not sure I will use them again to move everything back in - nervous that my new floors will not be properly taken care of.

These guys were fantastic, very helpful, cooperative, fast but safe, in doing our heavy office desk, furniture and got done faster than we had been quoted. Thanks again, Will be for sure using them the 3rd time around. Great Job to the team and leader.

According to our President, there were a couple of supports missing from the legs of the cabinets you moved, causing them to tip. I don't know if you would have them. I think they screw into the bottom of the legs. Any ideas about this, please let me know. Otherwise very satisfied.

Autumn at the Troy MI site was amazing! Great communication and follow up. Everyone from the office to the gentlemen who did the move were top notch. Thank you!

One of the movers was not professional, he was on his phone talking and texting the whole time, while the other worker basically did all the work. During the move damages were made; a deep gouge was found on the front of our credenza, and our couch was ripped.
The office staff was very professional and upbeat.
However, I will not use this company again, because of the damages made and the worker who was on his phone the entire time. Over priced for the quality of work performed .

I had them move one valuable item to my father in a local move. The movers did not secure it properly and it broke in pieces, it is unusable. They offered me $94 OR the refund. (The item is worth $500) we are asking for both but haven’t heard back. I’ll be taking my story to reviews and social media. That’s the only power I have in this mess.

Great guys took care with my senior Mom. Had to really go far unloading at new senior assisted living facility.

We did have a box of smashed glass items that were all packed in moving paper surprised us, but nothing valuable.
