My two movers, Austin and Dustin were exceptional and I couldn't have asked for better customer service. I am extremely happy with my move to Ohio.

The movers were personable, worked hard and made an effort to move quickly, which I appreciated. I actually tipped them for their efforts. I was disappointed after they were gone however to discover a damaged lamp shade. But all in all, they did a very acceptable job.

The crew had an unfortunate mishap that resulted in a slight scratch on our NEW laminate floor. They pointed it out immediately and filed an accident claim. So far, the claim is being handled in a timely manner. I will reserve further comment until final resolution of the claim. I don't expect a problem. On the positive side, the team was on time and was easy to work with.

The team at Two Men and a Truck were amazing. We were overwhelmed with the sheer magnitude an out-of-state move. We were straddling between our homes in Michigan and our new location in Kentucky and the whole situation was stressful. Two Men and a Truck made the process so much easier. The staff at the office, and especially the packing and moving team, were unbelievable. They took care of every little detail, took care of our belongings as if they were their own, and were helpful beyond words. They may not have realized it at the time, but that team of FOUR men and TWO trucks were a pleasure to work with and made the move so much less stressful. Thank you for an exceptional job!!!
