Did not receive a phone call the morning of the move.
Was charged over the estimate. The team leader Chris stated that we would be informed during the move if the estimate was to be exceeded. We were not. And he also spent at least 30-45 minutes if the time charged trying to access the damage report app/program.

We have several areas of a new home and pieces of our furniture damaged. Items were not put back together correctly. did not have enough men/trucks for the move.
And now we can’t get a call back! Frustrating!
