Lafayette Team Members

When I first started as a driver at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK in April of 2015, I did not expect it to become a career. However, the longer I stayed, the more I enjoyed my job. While working on the front lines, I learned how to live out the core values of the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK franchise. I value being a part of this organization because not only does it care for its customers but also its employees and the community it belongs to. In my spare time I enjoy playing video games, tennis and spending time with my family.

I first started at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® in February 2025. I love the customer service industry, and I plan on making a career here. For the short amount of time, I've been here I really love what I do, and enjoy easing customer minds by making their move go smoothly. On my spare time I love to take my dogs on walks, play video games, and cooking for my family.

Isaiah, like all of our office staff, started working at our Lafayette location as a mover and quickly worked his way up into the office. He was a great mover and continues to display effective performance. We welcome him to the team!

Jhaice has been with the Lafayette team since April 2022 and has always been a stand-out crew member. With years of moving and driving experience, we can always count on him to ensure customer satisfaction and move safety. Like most of our office staff, Jhaice started as a mover here, and has shown he has what it takes to continue to uphold our core values. We hope to see Jhaice grow his career even further with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK®!

I started my career at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK in December of 2017. I initially took interest in this job upon discovering how much travel that was involved and opportunities in meeting new people. As the job evolved, I took great pride in being able to help customers out by showing them I could move their items efficiently, while also treating their items with great respect. During September of 2018 I was offered the opportunity to become a customer service representative, answering phone calls and helping customers with estimates. As time went on more openings came along. Of course, I took the opportunity and became the General Manager which is where I am today.

Dewine started his TWO MEN AND A TRUCK career in May of 2017 as a Mover/Driver. With his tremendous work ethic and drive for customer satisfaction, he quickly worked his way up to become Team Lead. Dewine's favorite part of the job is being able to travel and meet new people every day!

Jamal is one of our drivers here and has been with the company for several years. He loves spending time with his family when he isn't moving furniture. He is certainly one of our best and loves to help our customers!

Frederick has been with our Lafayette team for 9 months and continues to uphold our core standards. He has been on some of our longest interstate moves, including moves to Texas, Kansas, and furthest to Dayton, Ohio. Frederick moves our community forward every day, and we welcome him to the team for years to come!

Terrell has been with the Lafayette location for several years and excels in customer service, safe practices, and long distance moving. He always ready to make the move go quick with great energy and a positive attitude. He maintains a fantastic 4.8/5.0 mover overall score over his employment, and we look forward to grow alongside Terrell for years to come!
