The team was very efficient and worked effectively together. The supervisor communicated well with me during the move, was polite, and was pleasant to work with. He gave his staff pointers and instructions about the best way to wrap the furniture and the safest way to move everything. I was very pleased with the results.

The move presented a few challenges that Darion and Sharmar handled with ease. They arrived on time and kept a good pace with planning, moving, and organizing the items. The unloading process went even smoother and took way less time. I was really shocked how close the estimate was to the actual time it took to move the items. Overall it was a good experience.

They need to be aware that their service is paid by the hour. Must be focused on the task and be diligent. One of the 2 guys was really into the job, not lazy at all. The other, asked to use the bathroom and left it dirty and very disgusting. When they arrived to our final location, it took time for them to assemble everything and I have found scratches on my new walls.
