The moving team showed up on time and was very courteous. They worked hard and took great care with our furniture and home. We had a large move, and they worked hard and efficiently. They were very respectful and had great attitudes the entire time.

It was during a snow storm and made things difficult removing the furniture and other items from the home I was leaving and moving into the new home. Considering that, the move went as good as possible.

Everything was perfect EXCEPT
We asked them to put the big couch in the back of the storage unit. and it is in the middle- blocking the access to getting to boxes. Also, the boxes are not facing labels OUT so we cannot read the contents.

Great experience with both my movers and the office team. I moved across state lines in the bitter cold around the winter holiday with no issues. I was kept up-to-date on where my movers were as they headed to my apartment in Bloomington and again as they traveled to my new home in Ohio. Was also very glad to be able to store my belongings overnight with TMAAT, which afforded me more time to clean my previous space before leaving.
