I think it went really well, but absolutely very pricy for college students. You guys should offer lower rates for lighter move ins. My stuff could not have taken 2 or three hours, so the staff needs to have urgency

They office staff was so incredibly helpful to my in a stressful time. The moving team was amazing. So nice, very careful with my items and extremely courteous. I wouldn’t think twice about using them again. Worth every penny!!!!

I purchased a large cooler for my shop and needed help getting it here. It was move in weekend for IU students but they worked me in. 3 very nice young men came and picked up the cooler and brought it to the shop. Thank you Hunter, Jay and Seth! I will be using their services again!

The Boys & Girls Clubs of Bloomington- Lincoln St Unit recently moved back into our renovated facility at 311 S Lincoln St. Two Men and a Truck donated 10 hours of moving time which was a massive help. We cannot thank this company enough for the service they provided us.

To start, I think the team (two men) had already had a long day and arrived at my home already tired. It was a Friday evening.
- Arrived later than what was told
- Damaged wall while moving an armoire
- Not sure why dresser drawers weren't removed to make those items, including the armoire, lighter to move
- Used GPS directions that would have led to an extra 30 minutes of drive time had I not stopped them
- Ended up helping them unload the truck as it was getting late plus the gates to storage were being held open
- Arrived later than what was told
