My experience was excellent over all. The only reason for lower ratings in some categories is because there was a little damage to the drywall in the moving (which I understood completely under the circumstances) but no one has yet contacted me to set up the repairs. If that had been done promptly, all of the ratings would have been excellent.

I used 4 men and 2 trucks. All 4 gentlemen were very courteous, positive, didn't complain, fast, hard working and super helpful! I had much furniture going upstairs in my new house and not once did I hear any complaining. It was especially helpful that the beds were put back together at my new house so that all I had to do was make the bed and at the least have a comfy bed to sleep in that evening amongst all the chaos in the house.

The only issue I had was I thought they could have moved a little faster because of this it cost me more money. They didn’t bring the Dollie to move the washer and dryer with them they had to go back out to the truck and get it and put the ramp down. I felt like they needed to have that already done as soon as they arrived. They also missed the turn to the storage facility which cost me more time and money.

Movers were 40 minutes late because they stopped for lunch. They moved very slow the entire day. They dinged the walls and doors in both my old house and new house. One mover cursed in front of my 9 year old. I hired movers to make the process easier and it was the hardest move I have ever done. We talked to the office staff about our concerns and they did nothing to make it right. I will not recommend Two Men and a Truck to anyone.

Zach, Joey, Tyler, and Jovonte did a great job, and was very professional. These four went above and beyond and did a excellent job. They don't slow down until the truck loaded and ready to move. Kyle McConnell displayed excellent customer service. Called him and within thirty minutes he arrived at my building to give a estimate, and to was able to schedule me next day to get everything moved. Will continue to use Two men and a truck, and will want to use the 4 gentlemen that has helped us the last couple of times.

Thanks again to Kyle, Zach, Joey, Tyler, and Jovonte for all your help!!!!
