The overall experience was good. I feel the final bill was too high! When I bought my safe, three of us moved it in. For some reason it took 5 movers to move it out, and I got charged for hazardous conditions? Ground level at both locations.

Your movers, Aaron Padilla and Ledonte Pelmon, were very personable, had the correct attitude, and made the entire experience enjoyable.

The move seemed like it took way longer than expected and gave me anxiety. The movers kept saying they didn't think they could fit everything in the truck but it ended up fitting just fine. Several items were damaged and they seemed surprised that we wanted to use the insurance. They took a gauge out of the hardwood floor and chipped the ceiling. They got the job done but I wasn't very happy.

Chase and Michael did an excellent job. They were pleasant and fun to work with and went beyond the minimum.

I hired Two Men and a Truck to move heavy pieces of furniture from the main floor to the basement of a home. Setting up an appointment was effortless and took nothing more than making a call and agreeing on a date. Two men confirmed information provided at the time of the call via e-mail (including price) and later re-confirmed the date of service. The movers, Emmanuel and Makari, called beforehand to confirm their arrival. They arrived on time and were pleasant, young gentlemen who were consummate professionals throughout the moving process. The space traversed was tight and the furniture items were heavy, but Emmanuel and Makari worked together to ensure the pieces were moved with no damage whatsoever. They are a credit to Two Men and a Truck and I recommend them without reservation.

The office was very easy to work with and I felt they were receptive and quick to respond.
The movers, Ryan, Austin and Jared were a great team lead by Derek. They were conscientious, efficient and enjoyed working together. They made a stressful day run smoothly. Definitely will hire Two Men and a Truck again!
