There was a hidden fees after loading and unloading my items. During my booking the lady in charge didn't say anything that they will start charging me if the truck leaves their office to my location for loading. After the two men finished with their job, I was charged extra minutes from driving from your office to my location.
Next time inform your customers about that before booking!!

My moving team was great and helped me so much. My couch didn’t fit in my apartment and they were nice enough to take it back to the old house and bring my loveseat over instead. They both handled everything with care and kindness and I couldn’t be happier with the service I was provided. Will definitely recommend to anyone moving in the area!
