Overall very satisfied with experience. Office Team was very friendly, helpful & informative (Hailey & Rebecca). Moving Team was very friendly, timely & efficient (Jeff, Willie, sorry, not sure of rest of team's names). I like being able to see my inventory online prior to move (wish I could edit myself, rather than having to call every time...but really wasn't that big of a deal).

Hello Shannon. Thank you for this feedback. We can edit the inventory without a phone call. Using MoveTrac app allows you to do this.

MC and Trent arrived promptly at the time scheduled. They identified the items to move, formulated a loading plan and began working diligently to get the truck filled. They were a pleasure to spend time with during the process. During delivery they were again, on time, diligent and safe to get unloaded where I indicated for each item to go. Appreciate these guys and the job they did!

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The two men who moved my belongings were professional, courteous, and took care of all my belongings. Moving is very stressful and they helped alleviate so much of that stress. These two men are wonderful employees and humans.
