I enjoyed your moving team they were hardworking and pleasant. I would of liked it explained to me when I hired two men and a truck that certain things would not be moved. This information would of helped me pack better allowing room for these items in our personal vehicles.

Kim made the difference. I was freaking out and she didn't try to calm me down before understanding why. Then she showed empathy and presented a solution that solved my needs and my worries. Next, the movers followed up by actually executing on everything Kim promised me. The work was done ahead of schedule, efficiently, and the guys managed to be fun and social while working. Did I mention they came in waaaay under the quoted estimate? Well they did that too. If fast, friendly, honest, clean and cheaper than the guarantee is okay with you, call them. Did I mention my local one is veteran owned and family operated? I honestly can't say enough good things about these guys.

The process for getting the estimate and setting the appointment time was flawless. The packers were on-time, and courteous in carrying out their duties. The one complaint I have is regarding estimate and the availability of packing supplies for the packers. I feel that the company underestimated the cost of the packing (specifically the number of hours on the estimate), as the final bill came in over the upper end of the estimate given. This was likely due to the packers not having the proper supplies on hand to sufficiently perform their job.

I was very pleased with the entire process of moving with Two Men and a Truck; from the initial contact with the office, getting estimates and then the actual move. The moving team was very polite and kind; and most importantly, took great care moving my belongings.
