Greg and Edward (the movers) did a great job! They arrived on time, prepared with all the supplies needed for the move. The office staff checked in to make sure everything was running smoothly. Everyone remained calm, professional and respectful during our crazy move day. They kept us informed of any fees or time restraints and were very helpful throughout the whole experience. I highly recommend their services!

The only thing I think you need to address is Deb in the office. When I first called she was very nice, setup our appointment and gave her my email to complete the only inventory.
I had to call back and found she misspelled the email so we finally go the email and I filled out the online inventory form.

Then a week before we got a call from Deb and she had our old address from the first time we moved.
She then called again a few days before and again still had the old address we moved.
The day before she called again and didn't remember talking to me?

The movers didn't have an inventory list or know we had a safe which was on the inventory list.

So overall we got everything moved and it was great but I'd say help with the office would improve future business.

I would recommend two men and a truck! The movers were awesome! Very courteous and respectful to our belonging! They had to carry furniture and boxes up two flights of steps! The price was very reasonable

Considering they moved me in a bad snowstorm , they did an excellent job. They were very professional .

Outstanding interaction with your while team from start to finish. Everyone was friendly, and wanted to make sure my moving needs were met in a quick, professional fashion.

We had two of the greatest and most congenial young men they could have sent. They were Howard and Andrew (if my memory serves me). We had a blizzard last Saturday and we were really afraid of our furniture getting wet and even if it was possible to get to our new location. They securely shrink wrapped everything. They had to keep putting sand on the ramp so all would stay safe. They had to shovel the snow to get into our new residence . Once all the furniture was in, I asked them to make a couple changes in the placement and they were more than willing to accommodate. We were pleaded with the amount we were billed. They were certainly worth every dime. Great job guys!! We would use you again!!

Cardel and Mike were awesome! Worked hard and fast, while taking care of my property. Kim in the office was very helpful and thorough in explaining the entire process.

The movers were efficient, polite, and personable. We were impressed with both the speed and the carefulness with which they worked. We would use your company again.
