The issue that I have is that the movers didn't care about the furniture. I have a 10k master bedroom set even do I wanted to pay for blankets they only use plastic to rap my furniture. Chest, dresser, night stand and my bed are damage, not to count the damage to the house. The house was build May 2021, Hopefully you guys can take of those issues.

I didn’t understand why my sectional needed to be completely dismantled. The truck wasn’t full and it took extra time to reassemble. They literally took the the back of the seat from the the seat part on every chair. This wasn’t done the last time I moved and my items fit perfectly in the truck with plenty room to spare

While we have moving standards, discretion can be used based on the determination of the crew leader. This decision was made and the items were relocated safely. Our moving team was excellent once again! They were so careful of our new hardwood floors as they moved our furniture back in to the house! So efficient, polite, and hardworking... I would absolutely recommend them and use them again in the future!

I hired the company to move a 2 BR townhouse, there was only 1 furnished bedroom. The movers did not have to disassemble any furniture or put any together at the new location. They were evidently inexperienced because it took them 2 1/2 hours to load the truck for the move. I have used the company before but this was the worst experience I could imagine. I've left a message but haven't been called
