I've been a customer service representative for over 12 years and with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® over half that time. As a Senior Moving Consultant, I take a strong sense of pride in facilitating smooth and efficient relocations for our valued customers. I work to help ensure their specific needs are met with precision and care. I also work a lot with over-the road moving services moving people from state to state and coordinating these relocation services for a timely delivery. Outside of work, my daughter is my pride and joy- I love bragging about her remarkable talents whenever the opportunity arises. When I'm not at work, you can catch me binge-watching TV, trying out new restaurants for date night, or planning my family's next vacation. My significant other is also with the Company, so you could say we're both pretty passionate about making sure everything's top-notch for our clients. I eagerly anticipate the opportunity to assist you with your moving needs.

I'm Courtney, I am customer service professional who takes pride in making every interaction smooth, respectful, and efficient. I enjoy helping people find solutions and making sure they feel heard and taken care of.
I bring strong communication skills, patience, and a positive attitude to everything I do. Outside of work, I'm a dedicated mom, and my kids are my biggest motivation. I'm always looking to grow and create great experiences.

Jose has been with our team since 2011. Over the last 14 years, he has become a senior member of our operational team. In addition to leading crews on job sites, training and quality control, he works in performing on-site estimates. Jose also assists the office staff in customer service-related activities and scheduling jobs.

In addition to monitoring the daily activities and assisting the operations manager, he works with charity projects to give back to our community. He does this with networking with local charity groups and causes so we as a company can help those in need. This is very important to him and to our company.

Jose enjoys time with family when he is not working. He has a passion for cars and the outdoors. He is always ready to help someone when he can. These are true values that are sincere and part of his everyday like.

We are very appreciative of Jose's commitment to our Company and our customers over the years and look forward to watching him continue to grow.

Sean first started with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK as a driver/mover in 2001. He worked his way through the ranks to become a manager by 2004. In 2007, he had to leave and move to North Carolina with his family. He eventually returned to our team in the Spring of 2017. Since that time, he has continued to grow with his skills as a member of our management team. With over a decade of experience in the moving industry, having him run the day-to-day operations and providing customer service is true value to our Company's success.
