The office staff did not give the proper information to the movers despite the fact that I sent a document containing pictures and descriptions of all items that were to be moved. The movers accidentally damaged a ceiling fan, which is OK because it was an accident and they were very apologetic for it and promised that it would be replaced. I have been trying to contact the main office since the move and despite the fact that the main office also assures me that it will be replaced, no one will get with me regarding beginning the process to replace the ceiling fan. The new homeowners now are Angry at us that the fan is broken and that it has not been resolved yet. If we are sued, We will have to come after two men and a truck, but I am hoping someone will contact me ASAP.

The guys that moved us were amazing and 1st class guys. Anthony went above and beyond to get our stuff on the truck and delivered safely and on time. It was a perfect move.

Team leader, Montevious, was excellent (attitude and work). Assistants were adequate at best. Initial contact person was adequate (good at explaining services and pricing, but very poor at following up - failed to provide extra boxes promised - wardrobe and picture boxes). Still have not heard anything regarding a credit for many boxes returned.
