My experience the first go around with your company was awesome no issues at all, couldn’t have been more satisfied! That’s why I called your company again! But, this last go around was, for the most part, OK...all the way up to where I was unpacking things. The dressers, free standing cabinets, and my wife’s jewelry box stand were turned and flipped around so much it will take a jeweler to separate all my wife’s jewelry without damaging it! Necklaces, bracelets all tied in knots! Some necklaces were broken because they were bound and caught in the drawers tracks and were broken from just opening a drawer. The contents in the dressers were in disarray. The had to be totally unloaded and everything refolded! So, no this last experience was NOT a good one and won’t be calling you again!!!!

There was damage done to the house Brennan came out and tried to correct the gashes but my leasing company saw the touch up paint and informed him and he wants to tell me about they damaged the drywall in order to damage the drywall you first have to damage the paint it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure it out. Him wanting to tell me the house I rented the leasing company is getting over on me , your company needs to worry about making me whole in this matter. Those two movers did unprofessional moving I’ve moved in several different states and this was the worst. I certainly can’t recommend your services or use it again.

It started off a bit rocky, but thanks to Branson and Brian it ended well!

The crew was okay. They were courteous.
However, they damaged a sofa - it must have fallen and broken its arm. We only found out a few days later. They did not inform us of this incident. They should inform the client of any mishap and not have the client find out later.
They also dropped a chest of drawers on our stairs and broke a step. I will be filing a claim soon.
Overall, it was okay. I think the crew needs to be more professional in their overall attitude.

Showed up late with an attitude. Dropped the piano which broke into pieces. Was told that it was put back together but the right side of the keys are stuck.

Most of the experience was OK. But what really was unacceptable was the overall experience was tainted by the care of just a couple of our belongings. The movers never acknowledged the destruction of our outdoor gas grill. It was in pieces and only discovered after they had already left. It was very obvious it was dropped or turned over in some way. And also a part was missing as well. A wooden leg of a cedar chest was in 2 pieces, which they just handed to us but never acknowledged or gave any course of follow up to repair or make good. Oh well. We move on. But those two happenings left us with the feeling that the experience that was not all that good.

Have used them twice before and was very pleased, have recommended them in past, but no more. Several items damaged. Fridge door was dented and handles removed. Handles were not replaced because they misplaced special screws. I had to order special screws at cost of $34 and wait several days for them to be delivered before handles could be replaced. Workers frequently made comments about tips and they liked to have appreciation shown. Workers grumbled about needing to get home.
When truck left driveway, driver ran over one of a pair of trees that matched and we're on each side of driveway . Tree now dead. When I placed order with office for move, I told her to tell workers that this was in country and no place to get lunch. They brought no lunches.

Highly recommend them for your move! The guys were very hard working, polite, and friendly. We used them to move out of state and they were knowledgeable and answered all the questions we had.

Everything was great, the movers, Chris and Rico were very nice. I have 2 broken platters, but will fill out a form and submit. Otherwise things went smoothly. I would use again.

The overall experience was good, but we did have some damage occur. Our bed frame was scratched and several walls in our new home were scratched or dinged. While bringing in the fridge the front door trim was damaged but easily repairable. Your guys did acknowledge these issues and I assured them we would take care of the issues after getting settled. All in all I would absolutely recommend your services to others. Your guys were courteous and quick so even the small issues were easy to overlook because of their attitude. Keep up the good work.
