Congratulations to Carla on 10 years of being part of our TEAM. Customers always comment on Carla's helpfulness and expert knowledge. She thinks outside of the box to reduce the stress of moving. Carla is a very dedicated team member and we thank her for helping us and our customers for the last 10 years. Carla has a lot of proud moments here at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK, but the one that stands out the most would be a move that we made about three years ago, it was a couple who had reached out to us because we had moved their son a few years prior, he had a lot of good things to say about his move with us from the estimate process to the assigned crew. They had recently lost their son and now they were moving out of state to be closer to their daughter, they were grieving, they were nervous and worried about being out on the road for the drive to North Carolina, they asked if we would allow them to follow our truck and if the driver would agree to use their walkie talkies so they could communicate if needed. The move went well (the driver had dinner with the family). she still gets random cards of thanks from them along with Christmas cookies every Christmas. This is the type of service we strive for at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK.
