The only thing I was disappointed in is not being prepared for the delivery process at the building I was moving into - I was told the company was very familiar with the protocol of this building. Yet they were not prepared.

Movers were great however I contacted the manager and left a voice mail to check if I left something in the truck; however I never received a response back from him.

I thought they were a bit pricey till I shopped around. The office staff responded immediately unlike some other companies and when I wanted to shop around they were not rude about it like some other companies. Movers were great! Even tipped them well despite being on a tight budget Would highly recommend to use!

The office staff misled me and did not properly explain the costs. This bait and switch tactic is unacceptable.

I am very satisfied with the service and the team. My only concern was that the day of the moving The truck was coming late and didn’t have any way to comunicate with them. I knew I was the second move of the day but my contact with the company, Mathew didn’t answer the phone at any moment during the day. He was always corteus and solved the many problems that I had, but the day of the moving I couldn’t reach him and nobody in the office answerd the phone either. Other than that, I’m very satified.

The mover's were beyond professional and friendly. They did a excellent job of taking the boxes to the correct rooms in the new home. They never complained about any part of the move like other movers we have used in the past. I would give them all 5 stars.
